Terms and conditions

1. While we try our best to remove carpet stains, mould and wall marks we cannot  provide a bond back guarantee on this as sometimes despite best our efforts they cannot be removed. 

2. Parking for our vehicle must be arranged by the customer, if paid street parking is the only option this cost may be passed onto the customer.

3. Electricity and running water must be available at the scheduled time.

4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all belongings and rubbish have been removed from the property prior to the booking time/date. We always recommend doing a walk through to make sure everything has been removed from all draws and cupboards. 

5. We reserve the right to change the quoted price if the property is in worse condition than disclosed by the customer. 

6. Full payment will be charged before starting the job.

7. If your realestate is not satisfied with our cleaning then we will come back to rectify items they are not happy with, this only covers items that are in our standard end of lease cleaning checklist with the exclusion of extras such as carpet cleaning, mould and wall cleaning.
